Sulfuric Acid Anodizing

Excellent corrosion resistance, medium impact on fatigue life, commonly used as a base to receive pigmentation in various colors and low flexibility.

Chromic Acid Anodizing

Excellent corrosion resistance, low impact of fatigue life, good base for painting and good flexibility with no damaging to the anodic layer

Chemical Conversion (Alodine)

Has moderate corrosion resistance, little interference in the fatigue life of the material and good base for painting.

Conventional and LHE Cadmium

Manganese and Zinc Phosphate

Applied on carbon steel alloy, commonly used as a dry lubricant or even as an absorbent of oil or protective oil.

Nital Etch

This process refers to the inspection of carbon steel parts, low alloy steel and carburized steel, subjected to machining or grinding after heat treatment, in order to detect possible changes in the structure of the material due to localized heating from such processes.

Black Oxidation

Process applied to steel aiming corrosion protection under average corrosive condition.
